What are Human Rights;

"The demand which citizen makes to the government or to each other for their own good, and which are  recognize by the government and society are called human rights"

Rights are of two types, moral rights and legal rights.


Different thinkers have defined rights as follow;

Aristotle;

Aristotle while explaining the definition of rights says that 

"Rights are the foundation of the state and justice depends upon rights"

Explanation of Human Rights;

Human rights is the veiw that all humans are equal and have equal rights. This theory includes all the elements under which all human beings are equally entitled to basic needs and amenities. In the universal philosphy, human rights are acquired as soon as a person is born , Regadless of weather he is living in a region or a society or has an ideology, Human rights. Human tights are socially enforced with the help of public opinion or national and international laws. 

The Concept Of Human Rights;

The first concept of human rights was given by islam 14 hundred years ago. Then this concept spread through out the world through  great britanian, france, and america. The united nation was formed in 1945.It adopted the universal eclaration of human rights in 1948. The following is the discrion of human rights.

Human Rights In Islam;

Islam declared human rights about 14 hundred years ago. Hazarat muhammad [s.a.w] perfome hajj in the tenth year of hijrah and gave his last seremon standing near jabal-al-rahmat in arafat ield, which is called as last seremon.

      Man is the best creation .Human life is more important than other living beings .Man is always looking for the best, Our prophet[s.a.w] eclared human rights and equality in 10 hijri accroding to 631 A.D in his seremon Hajat-al-wida which is called charter of human rights and the responsibility of its protection was imposed on the islamic state 

Britain and Human Rights;


In 1215, a document named Mangna Cart was signed by the the king of great britain .After that, draft rights and petition rights were also added to the to the british constitution.


France and Human Rights;

In France the concept Of Human Rights appeared in the ninthenth century 1978 .France also protect the human rights and provides every things o their citizen . 

America and Human RIghts;
